창덕궁
Located between Gyeongbokgung and Changgyeonggung Palaces, it epitomizes Korean palace architecture, embracing nature over artificial structures.
It has been used and inhabited by more kings than any other palace in history.

*Easy access from Exit 3 of Anguk Station (Subway Line 3). Free English guided tours with cultural heritage guides are available.
The rear garden (advance reservations required) is the only one of its kind among Korean palaces. Its diverse trees, ponds, and pavilions create a beautiful landscape.
It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.
