Dongnaeupseong Fortress Site (Dongnaeeupseong Fortress Site) is a historical fortress site located in Dongnae-gu, Busan, built between the late Goryeo and early Joseon Dynasties.
This fortress began its use in the late Goryeo Dynasty and was rebuilt with stone walls during the Joseon Dynasty.
It is particularly famous for being the site of the Battle of Dongnae Fortress in 1592, the early days of the Imjin War, where Joseon soldiers and civilians joined forces to repel the Japanese.
