The Garden of Water is a large-scale ecological park located at 398 Bukhangang-ro, Joan-myeon, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It was created in 2012 as part of the Han River Restoration Project.
Spread across a vast area of approximately 484,000 square meters, the park boasts lush flower gardens, clear waters, and peaceful walking paths, making it a beloved destination for locals and tourists alike.
The Garden of Water is also a popular summer destination, with large poppy fields in full bloom along the Bukhangang River in May and June, creating a sea of crimson.
The Garden of Water offers a harmonious blend of vibrant flowers and plants throughout the year, clear waters, and quiet walking paths. Its beautiful autumn scenery, with cosmos, lotus, and rhododendron flowers, is particularly popular as a photo spot.
The park features a variety of photo spots, including a photo frame on the pond and lotus-shaped benches, offering visitors a chance to relax and create memories amidst nature.
