장태산자연휴양림
Jangtaesan Recreational Forest is Korea’s only natural recreation forest containing a metasequoia forest and is considered one of the Eight Scenic Views of Daejeon.
Spanning approximately 820,000 square meters, it was established by a private citizen in 1991, acquired by the Daejeon Metropolitan Government in 2002, and reopened after renovation in 2006.
Key Features and Facilities:
*Metasequoia trees towering over the forest, creating an exotic landscape.
*Forest Adventure: Experience the forest in a unique way with the 196-meter-long forest skywalk and 140-meter suspension bridge.

*It offers charming scenery throughout the four seasons, with beautiful views of the light green buds in spring, lush greenery in summer, autumn foliage, and winter snow.
