남산골 한옥마을
Located at the northern foot of Namsan Mountain, Namsan Hanok Village is a space created by relocating and renovating five hanoks, designated as folk cultural assets of the Joseon Dynasty.
In addition to viewing traditional houses, visitors can also experience a variety of traditional cultural activities, including wearing hanbok, making bows, and crafting hanji paper. Traditional wedding ceremonies are also held here.
Namsangol Hanok Village is a place where you can experience tradition in the heart of the city. It is easily accessible by foot from Chungmuro Station on Subway Lines 3 and 4 and is open to the public free of charge.
The Millennium Time Capsule Plaza, installed in 1994 to commemorate Seoul’s 600th anniversary, adds to its historical significance.
