Exhibitions and Features
*The museum covers key events and figures in modern and contemporary Korean history from the late 19th century to the present day, systematically exhibiting events such as the independence movement, the establishment of the government, industrialization, and the democratization movement.
*The museum also operates a children’s museum, offering hands-on exhibits and educational programs tailored to children’s needs, making it a great destination for families.
*The museum features eight floors with thematic exhibition halls, permanent and special exhibitions, and a rooftop garden (with views of Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukaksan Mountain, and Inwangsan Mountain).
*Accessibility is excellent, with facilities for people with disabilities (wheelchair rentals, elevators, and designated parking) available.
