선샤인 스튜디오
Sunshine Studio, located in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, is Korea’s first drama theme park and filming studio.
Spanning approximately 17,800 square meters, it recreates the streets of Hanseong (Seoul) in the early 1900s and has served as a filming location for numerous historical dramas, including the drama “Mr. Sunshine.”
Sunshine Studio is Korea’s only venue that combines history, culture, and broadcast content experiences. It’s ideal for both tourism and education, and features various exhibition halls, a cafe, and a souvenir shop.
Key Features:
*Location: 90 Bonghwang-ro, Yeonmu-eup, Nonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do
*Size: 6,000 pyeong (approximately 19,600 sq ft) of modern architecture, along with restored traditional Korean houses and Japanese colonial houses.
*Facilities: Video theater, special exhibition hall, Sunshine Gabejeong (cafe), souvenir shop, costume rentals
*Features: Major filming locations for the drama “Mr. Sunshine,” reenactments of scenes from the Enlightenment Period, historical education and hands-on experience space.
*Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (last admission 5:30 PM), closed Wednesdays (excluding public holidays).
*Admission: On-site ticketing only. Group discounts available.
