Yeouido Saetgang Ecological Park

여의도 샛강생태공원

Yeouido Saetgang Ecological Park is South Korea’s first ecological park.
With approximately 6km of walking and cycling trails, natural waterways, willow forests, reed beds, and enclosed wetlands, it is a protected ecological space that provides habitats for diverse flora and fauna.

The park is home to a variety of migratory birds, ibises, kestrels, and other natural monuments and endangered species. Visitors can learn about the flora and ecology through information boards along the trails.

Following renovations in 2010, a modern pedestrian bridge called Saetgang Bridge was installed, making it a popular nighttime attraction.
